From choosing materials to manufacturing

We only use tested UHMWPE ropes made in house on our own machines. Only our experienced professional team is involved in the production of soft shackles. The line sizes are abundant so that each line size can be used appropriately for its intended purpose. Machine stretching is applied during the manufacturing process to make the soft shackles compact and strong. Soft shackles can be made by hand relatively easily, but soft shackles produced through this development and manufacturing process are uniquely different from handmade products. The coloring of the raw material is resistant to fading, and the PU coating on the material rope prevents being held up and feathering.

F: Flattened Rope Thickness
The thickness of material rope while being loaded. Flattened soft shackles may be able to go through the narrow slit such as the webbing slot.
L: Internal Flat Length
The internal length of the loop while being tensioned from the both ends. Our product size is shown in this value, NOT diameter.
Recommended Max. Working Load
We recommend to use our soft shackles within 20% to 50% of the breaking strength. The actual max. working load differs depending on the usage.
