3-Year Commercial Guarantee of Durability

Applicable only to eligible Robship products manufactured using Sauleda Acrylic fabric

2. Eligible products

This guarantee applies exclusively to finished Robship products manufactured using Sauleda Acrylic fabric that

Robship expressly identifies as covered by this guarantee in the product listing, product packaging or

accompanying guarantee statement. Products that do not use Sauleda Acrylic fabric, including soft shackles,

mooring chafe guards, telltales, ropes, rigging tools, rigging accessories and sail accessories that do not use

Sauleda Acrylic fabric, are not covered by this guarantee. The presence of Sauleda Acrylic fabric in a product

does not extend coverage to other Robship products.

3. Duration and price

Effective date: 13 October 2026. The guarantee is provided free of charge for three (3) years from the date the

eligible product is delivered to the consumer, for eligible products supplied with this guarantee on or after the

effective date. No warranty registration or separate payment is required to obtain coverage. Reasonable proof of

purchase or delivery may be requested when making a claim.

4. Entire-product durability commitment

For each eligible finished product, Robship guarantees the durability of the entire product under normal

intended use throughout the three-year period. This includes the Sauleda Acrylic fabric and all other relevant

components of that finished product, such as seams, stitching, filling, fastenings and fittings where present. The

guarantee is not limited to fabric quality or to individual components.

5. Free remedies

If an eligible product does not meet the durability commitment during the guarantee period under normal intended

use, Robship will repair or replace it free of charge. Robship will bear necessary parts, labour and reasonable

transport/shipping costs of providing the remedy. Where repair or replacement cannot reasonably be provided,

Robship will offer an appropriate alternative remedy consistent with applicable law and the durability

6. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover damage attributable to accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorised modification,

improper care or installation, or use contrary to reasonable product instructions. These exclusions do not remove

coverage for a failure of the product to meet the guaranteed durability standard during normal intended use.

Ordinary wear is not a blanket exclusion from the promised durability of the entire product.

7. Claim procedure

To make a claim, email sales@robship.com. Include the product/model identification, a description and, where

possible, photographs of the issue and proof of purchase or delivery. Robship will provide instructions for

assessment and the free remedy. No registration is required.

8. Statutory consumer rights

This voluntary commercial guarantee is in addition to consumers' mandatory legal rights, including the statutory

legal guarantee of conformity against the seller under applicable national law. It does not replace, restrict or

reduce those rights. Consumers may pursue statutory remedies against the seller without charge as provided by

law.

9. EU GARAN label eligibility

This guarantee is structured to meet the substantive duration, no-charge and entire-product coverage conditions

for the EU harmonised commercial guarantee of durability label (GARAN): it is a producer guarantee lasting more

than two years and covering the entire eligible finished product. GARAN eligibility is product/model-specific

and depends on Robship actually providing this guarantee, identifying the covered models, complying with all

applicable legal and information requirements, and using the official EU label artwork without unauthorised

modification. GARAN is not an EU certification or approval.

10. Effective application

This guarantee takes effect on 13 October 2026 and applies only to eligible product models expressly identified

by Robship as covered. The eligible Sauleda Acrylic product SKU/model schedule will be published separately

and incorporated by reference when issued. Until that schedule is issued, this document alone does not establish

coverage or GARAN eligibility for any particular SKU. Robship must supply the applicable model identification

with each covered product.
