From choosing materials to manufacturing
We only use Ocean 3000 XG braided by FSE Robline, a rope manufacturer with over 250 years of history that uses high quality DSM Dyneema. The Ocean 3000 XG is a Dyneema SK78 with an upgraded coating to ensure good UV stability and enhances its abrasion resistance. Only our experienced professional team is involved in the production of soft shackles. The line sizes are abundant so that each line size can be used appropriately for its intended purpose. Machine stretching is applied during the manufacturing process to make the soft shackles compact and strong. Soft shackles can be made by hand relatively easily, but soft shackles produced through this development and manufacturing process are uniquely different from handmade products. The coloring of the raw material is resistant to fading, and the PU coating on the material rope prevents being held up and feathering.
