Marks Lengths on 3-strand Rope Anchor Lines
These marker tabs help you to check the rope length just by threading the marker through the rope strands. We have two types with different ways to secure them.
2 types: “with” & “without” tabs
Type 1: "With" tabs
A small PVC patch is welded in the center of the mark. After putting the mark through the strand, you can fix the mark by sandwiching it with the patch. You only have to lace it once – Easy! The mark will hang loose on the rope.
Type 2: "Without" tabs
These ones do not have the PVC patch (only numbers are printed). Since you will have to lace it twice, you have more work to do than Type 1, but the mark will bite into the rope and will pull tight.
Your marks, your rules
The marks include 30 60 90 120 150 180 210 240 270, but there are no other markers, like meters or feet. You can use the marks the way you want depending on your needs. For example, if you want to extend the lines far away, you can simply use it as a color code. You can share rules within your group, such as “when we see the green mark three times, we do bla bla bla”...
