This is his version of "Ibong Adarna" (Adarna bird). Ibong Adarna is a fictional bird in the Philippines in which is said to be found in Mt. Tabor where it perches on the shimmering Piedras Platas (Spanish for Silver Stones) at night. The magical bird goes off somewhere during daytime but it comes back at night to roost and sings before it sleeps.
